Job Description

The University of Nevada, Reno is recruiting for an Operations Coordinator for the UNR at Lake Tahoe. This position is located in Incline Village, Nevada. The Operations Coordinator is responsible for providing Executive Office coordination and support for UNR at Lake Tahoe. This person makes independent judgments on priorities in scheduling for the executives and in relation to work assignments that deal with sensitive and confidential information. This position will support financial, HR and operational functions within the office. The position coordinates the daily functions of the office and staff, meetings and assist with events.

Currently, UNR at Lake Tahoe Executive Team includes a Senior Vice Provost, an Associate Vice Provost of Research and Creative Activities and an Associate Vice President of Administration and Finance. The campus and its operations will evolve over the next few years, so the Operations Coordinator must be flexible and adaptable as the campus needs change and its future solidifies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and one (1) year of related work experience; OR a Master's degree and no work experience required.

Related Professional Experience: Executive support, executive office management, business operations management, or related duties; strong writing skills required or related.
